    A meeting with Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska

    15.02.2011.

    On 14 February 2011, Milorad Nokomis, the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council BiH (HJPC BiH) met with Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska, in Banja Luka, to discuss the need of the introduction of a more efficient judicial system in Republika Srpska.  
    It was stated that the judicial institutions in Republika Srpska demonstrate a higher level of efficiency, however, generally speaking, the judicial system requires a better logistics support. 

    They also discussed amendments and supplements to the Law on High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council and the need for the judicial system to be free from conflict of competence and more efficient. 

    During the meeting, information on the work of judicial authorities was exchanged and it was stated that the vacant positions at Courts and the Prosecutor’s Offices should be filled, which particularly referred to the District Commercial Court in Banja Luka.
